The World of Lord Russell PodCast Talk Show proudly presents ‘An International Football Scout’, with Bruno Costa who is an Internationally renowned Football Scout, Coach and Manager.
Bruno is the former head of scouting at the San Jose Earthquakes in the US MLS.
Bruno who is Brazilian joined the MLS side in 2017 and recently left to take on new projects.
Bruno has over 20-years’ experience of scouting and coaching, spending almost two decades in the Brazilian topflight (Série A) and with the Brazilian Football Confederation. As head scout, coach and manager with top clubs as Fluminense and Figueirense, plus of course the biggest rivalry in Brazilian football being the so called ‘Fla-Flu’ derby between Flamengo and Fluminense.
Two spells with the Brazil Football Confederation as Head Scout for the Brazilian men’s youth national teams and as scout for the Brazilian Men’s national team. Not forgetting Bruno’s scouting and recuitment work for the 2016 Brazilian Olympic Squad, who went on to win Brazil’s first Olympic gold medal at the games 
Working in the USA too, at NASL’s Fort Lauderdale Strikers and San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS.
Bruno also helped scout and recruit some of the biggest names in modern Football, including; Neymar Jr. (PSG), Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool), Gabriel Jesus (Manchester City) and Willian (Chelsea) to the Brazilian Youth National Teams.
